Living Room of our villa is spacious, with a two comfortable sofas, chair, coffee table, and two end tables with lamps, 50″ flat screen TV, DVD player, . This living room leads to a cozy patio area.

Dining Room

The Dining Area is well furnished with a dining table with all place settings.

Kitchen

Our villa has a well-equipped kitchen that makes food preparation a breeze while you are on vacation. To start off, this kitchen has an oven and a cook-top stove to make special meals of your choice and is complemented by a refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven and automatic icemaker. This kitchen is “complete” with dinnerware, silverware and glassware settings, kitchen towels and oven mitts, knives and cutting board. It also offers various kitchen utensils including corkscrew and grater, Salt and pepper shakers. There are plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, microwaveable dishes.

Master Suite (First Floor)

Master bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed, two nightstands with lamps, clock/radio and telephone, a dresser with a TV, closet space, and an attached master bathroom with toilet, vanity basin and shower with bath. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.

Master Suite (Second Floor)

The second master suite is furnished with a King bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser with mirror, clock radio and a flat screen TV. It has its own closet space and a private bathroom. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided. The master bedroom also has its own private balcony.

Third Bedroom

The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, nightstand with lamp and a clock radio. It has its own closet space and an adjacent, shared family bathroom. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.

Fourth Bedroom

The fourth bedroom is furnished with one bunk bed, double on the bottom, single on the top, nightstand with lamp, a chest, and clock radio. It has its own closet space and an adjacent, shared family bathroom. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.

Laundry Room

Our villa has a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.

Miscellaneous

All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Toilet tissue and detergents are supplied.
